In spite of of whether we're talking about panelized, factory-built, or modular houses, in-house building quality is consistently higher to what can be done on a local construction site. When someone cuts with a hand saw or a hand held power circular saw at a local job site cannot possibly be as exact as those cut with a $12,000 radial arm saw or $110,000 component cutter in a manufacturing facility. Methods used to fasten are also superior because of the tools we use.  These tools drive fasteners to exact depths. Inspections are a big part of the process.  They cover everything from floor framing to the final paint job.  We use trained factory inspectors to perform more than 12 unexpected inspections per home. Compare this to typical site built construction where there are only 3 to 4 inspections.
