         "The Marshall" is a project that PBSNC developed in conjunction with the builder Willow Springs.  The main concept behind this project was to bring modern building techniques with respect to the natural surrounding habitat.  By building this project modular the customer was able to minimize the impact of the surrounding government protected environment and still produce an elegant customized retreat that will be enjoyed years to come.  This modular home creates the old southern coastal charm to enhance its surrounding, but adds the conveinces of the 21st Century gadgetry throughout the home.  From the elevator system that takes its occupants from the Mud Room to the third floor bedrooms to the fully networked jacks in each corner of the home, not to mention one of the most modern kitchens housing Energy Star compliant appliances.  The jutted out enclosed fireplace adds an ere of sophistication in the cozy great room, where many mornings of viewing the sunrises and evenings of gazing at the ships on the horizon in the coastal inlet will be enjoyed.  Whether a home like The Marshall or a basic ranch, PBSNC puts the same attention to detail in each and every home it builds.  Let us help build your dreams and contact us for more information.
