The Homestead is a glimpse of not things to come but what is available today.  The Homestead is an eloquently designed Modular Home with the highest, if not higher quality of traditional stick-built homes with affordability.  Just like your home the Homestead started with just a concept of what the Builder/CEO of Building Systems Network(Grant Smerecynsky) would like in a home.  We then had our professional salesman work with the builder and the customer to design the dream home of the customer.  Our onsite engineers design the specification of the customer with the state and general construction requirements.  Once this has met the customer and builders approval, we begin the production. 

As the house runs through production you can be assured that unlike site-built construction, there is no exposure to environmental elements and no excessive material waste cluttering up you future home site.  Now that we have completed the build of your new home we transfer it to your new home foundation.  The on-site builder completes the final finish work on the home and you can now sit back in your new living room and relax.

Not all Modular home builds will be as elaborate as The Homestead, but there are virtually no more limitations to where your designs can take you with today's Modular Home construction.  There's nothing to small, to large, to plain, to elaborate, just what is right for you.  If you would like us to help you in your new home construction, we have builders in your area ready to assist.
